TOPIA has around 50 branches throughout South Korea servicing over 25,000 students ages 7 to 16. TOPIA was established over 10 years ago and continues to be a dominant Learning Institution in South Korea.
We are looking to hire instructors for immediate start. TOPIA has asked for our assistance in the hiring process since we are able to add unsurpassed value and service to our instructors. We do not end when you are hired; that is where our job begins. Our organization will assist you, the instructor, from hiring, to relocation, to assimilating to the South Korean culture. Most foreigners coming to teach in South Korea find many difficulties transitioning from their native country. We assist in making the transition as seamless as possible allowing you to focus on making the best of your time in South Korea. We assist in items such as visa process, opening of accounts, visiting tourist attractions, setting up cable and phone, etc. Backed by our company and TOPIA, you will have the confidence that items, such as being paid, will never be an issue.

Qualifications:
Preference to bi-lingual instructors for some positions
Four-year Bachelors Degree from Accredited University
Degree in all majors will be considered
Native Speaker of English and ability to teach basic Reading and Writing Skills
All curricula will be provided by TOPIA.
Clean criminal record (Background check is mandatory)
1 year commitment is necessary
Remuneration:
Salary:2.3-4.5+ million Korean won (KRW) depending on experience and qualifications
Air fare:
Single airfare will be provided upon signing of contract
Return airfare will be provided upon successful completion of contract
(No airfare will be provided for instructors already in South Korea)
Severance Pay:
Bonus equivalent to 1 month's pay will be provided upon completion of 1 year contract
Housing:
A studio apartment for individual or 2 bedroom apartment for 2 instructors will be provided for
Medical Insurance:
50% of medical insurance will be covered by TOPIA
