Our reputable school in Sokcho City is looking for a female native English speaking teacher to begin working in February or March .
Qualifications:
1.A native speaker of English and a citizen of the U.S.A., Canada, England, Ireland, South Africa, Australia or New Zealand. (per E2 visa regulations)
2. Hold a bachelor's degree from a university in one of these countries.
3. Be able to fulfill the requirements of the Korean E-2 visa. (Including FBI or federal background check and the Diploma with apostille)
Job description (preschool)
-Salary is commensurate upon qualifications and experience.(2.0~2.3million won)
- Round trip airfare is provided (If you are in Korea, one way trip airfare is provided home at the end of the contract)
- A fully furnished apartment is provided (5~10 minute walk from school)
- Working hours are Monday-Friday with no more than 33 forty-five-minute classes a week, and a 45 minute lunch break (lunch is provided by the school).
- Classes start at 9am.
- Students range in age between 5 and 7 years old(3~6 western age).
- 10 days of paid vacation plus all national holidays.
- 50% of medical insurance and National Pension paid by the school. (Canadians and Americans can get the pension back in full upon leaving the country at the end of their contract)
- Severance pay equivalent to one month's salary will be paid upon successful completion of the contract.
Sokcho is a city of about 80,000 people on the northeast coast of Gangwondo. It is only a 2 and a half hour bus ride from Seoul. Sokcho is known as one of the most popular tourist sites in the country due to its beautiful beaches and mountains.
