2. JOB DESCRIPTION
The main duty will be revising and editing dissertations and articles which will be published in science journals. Yonsei University FLI Writing Center has worked with various projects in the field.
3. EDITING & CLIENT TYPE
90% of our clients are graduate students, Ph.D candidates, or university professors. We receive articles, dissertations, and research proposals from different field of majors: medical, business, literature, ect. What we are looking for is a ¡®substantial¡¯ edit rather than a simple grammar correction.
4. COMPENSATION (¡ù Below rate is for the full-timers only, rate for the part-timers will be discussed after the screening process)
1) 2,600,000 ¨C 2,800,000 won monthly salary
2) 400,000 won housing allowance
3) Severance pay (equivalent of 1 month salary)
4) National Pension
5) 50/50 Medical Insurance
(Writing Center pays the half of medical insurance fee)
5. JOB QUALIFICAITIONS
1) Applicants must have experience in editing dissertations, research thesis, or articles for science journals.
2) Applicants who have previously worked in an editing firm.
3) Educational background: Applicants with Master¡¯s degree or higher.
