The Foreign Language Institute of Jeju National University is looking for passionate, diligent and friendly camp teachers. You must possess an F-2 visa or must be able to get a consent letter for 'Addition of Employment Place' from the director of your current work place.
* Period: December 26, 2011 (Monday) ~ January 6, 2012 (Friday)
¡Ø Must arrive at the JNU campus before Sunday(Dec 25th) night
¡Ø Must attend the field trip on January 1, 2012 (Sunday)
(Good chance to look around and enjoy the beauty of Jeju)
* Salary: 1,800,000 won for the whole camp (10nights/11days)
¡Ø 2,000,000 won if traveling from the mainland
* Working hours: Stay-on camp (minimum 7 hrs of teaching + night events)
* Housing: A single dormitory will be provided

If you explore the programs offered here, you will soon be assured that they are well prepared and designed to improve your four major language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
It is well known that to learn a language there is no alternative to working steadily, day by day, constantly practicing the language and using it at every chance. Both opportunities for learning and practicing are available everywhere in our monolingual society. But it is difficult or almost impossible to find a place where the language learned and practiced is actually used as part of a small multilingual society. Unlike any other language institute, the Foreign Language Institute of Jeju National University aims to be a society in which foreign languages coexist as a medium of communication.
In this respect, this institute is a foreign language friendly building in general and an English friendly building in particular. So a strong emphasis in this institute will be placed on the use of English beyond just being a space for the study of English. As a part of this atmosphere, the internet English clinic system is open to provide you with improvement in your English skills. And in the newly opened English Cafe, you can join a casual English speaking discussion group or simply make small talk with your friendly speaking partner, a native or non-native speaker of English.
