* Responsibilities(업무내용)
1. Respond to customer's technical and general game inquiries in a prompt and professional manner (primarily by email).
2. Report technical issues and work closely with the development & QA teams to trouble-shoot.

1. Interest and experience in games
2. Goal driven personality and ability to learn quickly.
3. Familiar with iPhone, Android devices and their applications (preferred)
4. Some customer service related experience in the IT field (preferred)

- F-2 visa holder (preferable) or who can provide their own visa (F series visas)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
