The Homeroom Teacher is cornerstone of the student’s experience. Our bilingual HTs must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree and should have spent at least three years abroad. HTs manage their own student rosters and handle the audio portions of each lesson, as well as assisting their foreign partners with explanations when necessary.
l Base Salary- 1.8-2.0 mln(Full)
1.1-1.2 mln(Part)

l 100,000 won for Saturdays
l Monthly bonuses ranging between 50,000-400,000 won for maintaining a low absence rate and a large number of registered students
l Financial incentives for re-signing
### Foreign Teachers (Language Trainers)
LTs are expected to handle correcting their students’ writing, as well as giving the detailed explanations of connotation and nuance that only a native speaker can provide. The LTs also focus heavily on ensuring that students learn proper pronunciation and may be called on to assist students with special needs, such as job interview preparation.
l Base Salary- 2.0 mln
l Earn up to 200,000 won monthly for maintaining a high booking rate
l 150,000 won for working Saturdays (0-4 Saturdays/month)
l No paperwork (no monthly evaluations or lesson plans)
l Downtown locations (Jongno, Apgujeong, and Yeoksam)
