1 English/ESL teacher
-Teach high school language arts courses as well as ESL courses
-2.5 million won/month (negotiable depending on experience)

Qualifications
- Must have a four-year degree from an accredited university

Teacher duties
• Daily and bi-weekly report writing as well as general student record keeping
• Mentor time
• Club time
• Between 20-25 hours teaching
• Attend weekly meetings and occasional field trips

ATA is located in Icheon, South Korea. Icheon city is famous for rice and pottery. It is an hour south of Seoul and should not be confused with Incheon, a city to the west of Seoul. Downtown Icheon has many amenities, such as nice shops and restaurants. The school is located in the rural section of Icheon.
Direction
ATA focuses on developing students into global leaders who are also proud Koreans. As such, students run many aspects of the school, such as the snack shop and library, with some teacher supervision. The school tries to educate kids to be self-directed learners while having fun. ATA follows an American curriculum and have partnered with the accrediting authority The Learning Community International (TLCI). ATA consists of a Language Institute, junior high (grades 7-8) and high school (grades 9-12). The faculty consists of 11 foreign teachers for a student body of approximately 60 students.
